This Class will run for 4 days (Thurs - Sun) August 27, 28, 29, & 30 ( from 10am to 5:30pm each day)

NOW WITH ADVANCED SOUS VIDE AND FOAM GUN TECHNIQUES! Get ready for the Ultimate Raw Culinary experience! If you are someone who truly values delicious food and wants to achieve one of the highest levels of health, this is the class for you. Learn it all. Our most popular course by far! This "Rawsome" course goes from fundamentals to the more advanced gourmet dishes, covering items such as dehydration and principle techniques all the way to the latest Raw Gourmet methods using sous vide and foam guns. Examples of items covered are Milks, Cheeses, Breads, Crackers, Luscious Desserts, and highly craved Italian, Mexican, American Comfort foods, and Asian entrees. In addition, you will receive courses on how to grow wheat grass mini gardens and sprouts, how to detox, as well as the latest inspiring nutritional and raw health education. The class is Hands ON training providing absolutely all necessary materials, high quality ingredients, and use of equipment and tools. All students will receive a Raw Food Chef Certification upon completion of the course and all written instructions and recipes. Students receive ample servings of all dishes created, so come with an appetite. LIABILITY RELEASE FORM:

A Liability Release Form is required to sign by all students prior to the commencement of class activities. The form, in hard copy, will be provided the first day of class, so there is no need to print. Below is the exact wording of the form:

LIABILITY RELEASE FORM

The undersigned participant (“Participant”) has voluntarily requested to use the culinary facility (the “Facility”) of The Living Cuisine Academy (the “Culinary School”) and to participate in activities or programs sponsored by the Culinary School (the “Activities”).  In consideration for the Culinary School agreeing to allow the Participant to use the Facility and to participate in the Activities, the Participant agrees to this Release of Liability (the “Release”).

The Participant acknowledges that using the Facility and participating in the Activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury or property damage.  The Participant agrees to assume any and all risks involved in using the Facility or participating in the Activities.  The Participant releases and discharges the Culinary School and its owner, agents, representatives, partners, as well as all other persons who own, lease, operate or manage the Facility (collectively, the “Released Parties,”) from and against any and all damages, actions, claims and liabilities, whether known or unknown, anticipated or not anticipated, relating to or arising from the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities.   The Participant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any loss, damage, liability and expense relating to or arising out of the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities.

If the Participant is a minor, the undersigned represents that he/she is the parent or legal guardian of the Participant, and hereby consents to the Participant using the Facility and participating in the Activities.  The undersigned agrees, personally and on behalf of the Participant, to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Release.  The undersigned further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any loss, damage, liability and expense relating to or arising out of the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities.

REFUND POLICY:

In the event that a student wishes to cancel their registration for this class, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations must be submitted to info@livingcuisineacademy.com no later than a week from the scheduled class date to receive the remaining balance minus the cancellation fee. Please include in the email the following: First Name, Last Name, Course Name, Course Date, and email address. The remaining balance, minus the $50 cancellation fee, will be credited back to the charge card that was used in the initial purchase of the course, within 60 days of notice of cancellation. If the cancellation is received after a week before the course is to commence but before the class commences, than the student may either use their balance as a credit toward another course, gift their credit to another student, or may opt to receive 50% of the registration fee paid minus the $50 cancellation fee were the remaining balance, minus the $50 cancellation fee, will be credited back to the charge card that was used in the initial purchase of the course, within 60 days of notice of cancellation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED ONCE CLASS HAS COMMENCED. The student is able to make up class days in a similar course offered of the same type in the future by notifying Living Cuisine Academy at info@livingcuisineacademy.com if there is a conflict that doesn’t allow the student to attend a scheduled class day. CANCELLED COURSES:

In general the Living Cuisine Academy provides all courses as stated, though on occasion, there are circumstances which would warrant a cancellation of the course offered. Therefore Living Cuisine Academy,reserves the right to cancel any course offered. A  full refund to all students that have registered for this course will be granted and be returned within 60 days of cancellation. Living Cuisine Academy may cancel a course for any reason, including the possibility of a class not having adequate quantity of registered students or due to dangerous weather conditions. In most cases another class of similar content will be offered at a later date were previously signed up students are offered first seating.
