This Class will run for 4 days (Thurs - Sun) December 4,5,6, & 7  ( from 10am to 5:30pm each day)

NOW WITH ADVANCED SOUS VIDE AND SMOKE GUN TECHNIQUES! A comprehensive class for those who want the ultimate package in culinary raw food education. THIS IS COMPLETE HANDS ON CULINARY COURSE EXPERIENCE.  Includes, from fundamentals to the more advanced gourmet dishes incorporating the finest recipes popular in the local raw food community and at The Green Wave Cafe, a raw food hotspot , www.thegreenwavecafe.com . Some items covered are Milk, Cheeses, Breads, Crackers, Entrees, Appetizers, Comfort Food,  Luscious Desserts, Raw Superfoods and highly craved Italian, Mexican, American, and Asian entrees, just to name a few. In addition, you will receive courses on how to grow your own wheatgrass and sprouts, raw food detoxification, as well as nutritional and health information. The class will provide all necessary materials, and use of equipment and tools, as well as demonstrations from leading raw food culinary artist. All students will receive a Raw Food Chef certification upon completion of the course and all written instructions and recipes. Students receive tastings and servings of all dishes created, so come with an appetite. This is wonderful experience into the “Raw World” that will delight the taste buds, grow your knowledge, and enrich your culinary skills. The Living Cuisine Academy offers one of the most economical raw food culinary programs in the country. This program typically ranges from $2,000 up to $7,000 in some institutes. A Liability Release Form is required to sign by all students prior to the commencement of class activities. The form, in hard copy, will be provided the first day of class, so there is no need to print. Below is the exact wording of the form:

LIABILITY RELEASE FORM

The undersigned participant (“Participant”) has voluntarily requested to use the culinary facility (the “Facility”) of The Living Cuisine Academy (the “Culinary School”) and to participate in activities or programs sponsored by the Culinary School (the “Activities”).  In consideration for the Culinary School agreeing to allow the Participant to use the Facility and to participate in the Activities, the Participant agrees to this Release of Liability (the “Release”).

The Participant acknowledges that using the Facility and participating in the Activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury or property damage.  The Participant agrees to assume any and all risks involved in using the Facility or participating in the Activities.  The Participant releases and discharges the Culinary School and its owner, agents, representatives, partners, as well as all other persons who own, lease, operate or manage the Facility (collectively, the “Released Parties,”) from and against any and all damages, actions, claims and liabilities, whether known or unknown, anticipated or not anticipated, relating to or arising from the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities.   The Participant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any loss, damage, liability and expense relating to or arising out of the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities.

If the Participant is a minor, the undersigned represents that he/she is the parent or legal guardian of the Participant, and hereby consents to the Participant using the Facility and participating in the Activities.  The undersigned agrees, personally and on behalf of the Participant, to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Release.  The undersigned further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any loss, damage, liability and expense relating to or arising out of the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities.

REFUND POLICY:

In the event that a student wishes to cancel their registration for this class, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations must be submitted to info@livingcuisineacademy.com no later than a week from the scheduled class date to receive the remaining balance minus the cancellation fee. Please include in the email the following: First Name, Last Name, Course Name, Course Date, and email address. The remaining balance, minus the $50 cancellation fee, will be credited back to the charge card that was used in the initial purchase of the course, within 60 days of notice of cancellation. If the cancellation is received after a week before the course is to commence but before the class commences, than the student may either use their balance as a credit toward another course, gift their credit to another student, or may opt to receive 50% of the registration fee paid minus the $50 cancellation fee were the remaining balance, minus the $50 cancellation fee, will be credited back to the charge card that was used in the initial purchase of the course, within 60 days of notice of cancellation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED ONCE CLASS HAS COMMENCED. Living Cuisine Academy may cancel a course for any reason, including the possibility of a class not having adequate quantity of registered students or due to dangerous weather conditions.
